This house out by the base of Mt. Lemmon had a leak over one of the windows from the roof that other roofers did not find, also there were low ponding areas that needed to be addressed. Talking to the home owner the day of the evaluation they said how they were having issues with the roofers that had been to their house before to address leaks and even the roofer that did the prior coating. There were many excuses that we heard from not being able to get back to fix a leak under the roofers warranty due to not being a local company, yeah there are many roofing companies that are not based out of Tucson which may or may not be around when your roof needs attention under the warranty that you have paid for. It is always best to make sure you deal with a local company that will be there for you and stand behind their warranty.
When we were finished up the job for the home owners I went up to the door to let them know we were all done and had another conversation with them, they wanted to make sure I knew how much they were impressed by the way we conducted the entire process very professionally from getting a professional printed out proposal before leaving their driveway, the way we kept in contact with them about scheduling, the way we did things above and beyond what we estimated for to the fact that I was on the roof doing the work as the business owner. It is pretty simple in my eyes about being on every roof that we do, it is my word being given for the warranties and I will stand behind my word and warranties.
