This house had a very soft spot on the roof where the roof decking had wood rot and there was also a separate area which was low ponding by the scupper drain, there was a skylight that was leaking as well. We cut out the soft spot and put in a new piece of wood decking then patched over the new decking with membrane before coating the entire house with two full coats of siliconized elastomeric top coating. The low ponding area was built up then patched with membrane as well, now there has been a few strong storms that have came through town and no leaking issues for the roof, it is in great shape and will be strong for years to come.
